This is chapter, I am going to explain the importance of sales momentum as well as its process to start a management team. Another part of training is the personal quality development on jobs, they will get trained with the 8s for job’s attitude, the 4s and the 5s.

The 8s are the formula to achieve to success:

• Set an SMART goal (short term, midterm, and long term)
• Be on time
• Be prepared
• Keeping a positive attitude
• Work a full day
• Work on the loop 3 times a day
• Work on the loop correctly
• Take control of the conversation

The 4s are the proper ways present yourself in front of the perspective clients:

• Keep It Very Simple (KISS) (Introduction and pitch)
• Eye contact (all the time)
• Smile on the face (all the time)
• Relax yourself (all the time)

Introduction is the tell who you are, what company you are working, what is the purpose of being in here.

Pitch consist of these elements:

• Sense of urgency  ( I am not coming back after today)
• Jones Effect  (Your friends and neighbors are all on the deal from this promotion)
• Sense of Lost  (push )
• The only way get from me.  (We are the only company you can get the service from with this deal. There is no one else)

The value of the salesmanship is to persuade people to believe the product worth more than its market value by integrating the 4s and 5s. Normally, the less fluent people will be rejected really quickly and ended the deal by shutting the door or losing the interest of buying the product.

Management development:

Running an office for people to come over and meet up daily cost $5000 a week.  Running a team and spread the profit made from sales. How to increase information richness?

It is known that they are working for lower than minimum wages exclude the wealthy area.  The system that they are only taking tips for their major income is not reliable to the property district.  However, these top income districts such as the strip at Las Vegas, Malibu, NYC uptown, Dallas uptown are serving the best income possible from the service industry.  Thinking working in China in the similar industry, the tips are even lower or, sometime, none for people serving customers. In most case, they will add in the bill 15% rate for the service fee to leverage the tips system. No manner how the system is going to carry out, at the end of the day, these people seems to be trapped in an endless poverty where the learning and income curve will take years to achieve to 15/hr or making about the same amount for decades. Instability is also another risk to start a family. I have been there and I knew that it wasn’t going to the right way to treat my life.
There was a bell interview one point for bell man from Sheraton Hotel and I completely missed. According, I would have a chance to make up $200/day by tips (the best record in a year). It seemed to be an attractive job to start up where the customers are willing to pay $178 per night would not mind to pay $10 tips to each bell man moving their baggage.

At the end, making cash seem to becoming the most important priority for those need the cash to pay bills regardless if these activity are valuable to their personal growth or not.

Internet research discovers  that craigslist’s growth has been rapidly expanded its territory to overseas including China and India. English speaking jobs are demanded and listed daily on craigslist. Compared to past couple years, craigslist was not yet popular and its own operation was mainly active in the local US market. In the Chinese market or overseas non-English speaking market was not even been aware of, there were only one listing on the site and most of the time was still seeing zero listings. Seeing the active market in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong,  job listings were expanded in the large scale across various industries from production segment to service segment. Its incentive was to build its social awareness of the website and attracted overseas users mainly targeted on Asia China.

Based on this inspection, the English speaking population in China as well as Hong Kong have been expanded to daily basis. This population raises along with the raise of national economy where attracts large amount of international people whom primarily speak English for living. China seems to become a melting pot soon where is similar to the USA, Canada, or Australia except the environment turns to be Chinese main streamed culture. English communication is still under hot demand in the Greater China. English speaking education is needed for the younger generation as well as for the working class. Large amount of native English speakers are needed in high school, middle school, kinder garden, or preschool. A simple analysis from craigslist Beijing discovered that major jobs postings on that site are English teacher or instructor positions where the qualification is not particularly high and the starting salary is from 6000 RMB to 15000 RMB with airfare and vacation benefits. Almost anyone who holds teaching certification, or English degree can make well over 9000 RMB a month. With the cost of living index and standard in China is still relatively low in these locations, making 9000RMB can be a pimp or enjoying the best personal free time in life. The raise of foreign population will quickly make up another fast grow foreign community based on China where people can mingle with another foreign English speaker. Biking, picnic, and hiking are the most popular outdoor activity among these people. From contacting to meetup.com where you can find your social group and interest club to start and join to the community. The similar activities will be held in China as well.

My opinions about websites and management.
How am I going to work on the website remotely?
I can update web pages by ftp access to the server. Data backup and roll back are the critical to web applications implementation which lower the risk of losing original data. I put them up and also keep the older website at the roll back server.

About Flash.
Flash is the fully interactive website, it normally cost more than pure HTML works. A static page consists of HTML and it is relatively cheap. All fully customized website are normally starting at a higher cost because it needs a longer time of development and constant upgrades on codes.

Why do you need to keep the HTML website?
Reason 1. HTML or XML codes can be searched on search engine especially Google. In this way, you will able to advertise your words across different search engines and able to generate more potential markets at the same time.

Reason 2. HTML can be used as partial content and they can be rendered by flash at v10.11.

Reason 3. HTML or XML is not the best way to edit because it is still needing some coding understanding. However, its content can be modified easiest with notepad or any simple text editor applications. Since this is so easy to alter and change the content without heavy weighted programs such as flash, dreamweaver, flex, or even MS word. That provides its flexibility to the organization.

I hope google will not have another hard disk failure.

Speaking of random array, I did some comparison on different functions sets and evaluated their efficiency. Here is the code to exam each type of method.

Amazingly, I found this result in the output screen! Now I can choose which method to generate a 100 by 100 elements square structure is the fastest.

This result points out that using “while” loop in AS3 CS4 does terrific job while looping in “for” gives crappy result!

So how does it do all these things? Well, the first thing it does is create an Avisynth AVS file. Avisynth is a great videoediting system, but unfortunately dpgenc can’t directly open AVS files. To circumvent that, VFAPIConv is used to create a dummy AVI file, which dpgenc can read. BatchDPG then creates a dpgenc.ini with necessary instructions, after which it will start dpgenc itself and do the actual video and audio encoding.

The installation instructions are as followed:
- Install Avisynth from download. Make sure to get the 2.5 version, not the 2.0.
- Install this file to any place you like: download / download.

BatchDPG is a program that solves some of the inconviniences of the original DPG-encoder.

- Support for pretty much any file you can play in DirectShow based media players such as Windows Media Player and Media Player Classic. This means you’re not limited to AVI, WMV and MPG anymore.

- It’s very easy to add subtitles. Currently only SRT, SSA and ASS can be selected, but it’s very simple for me to change the code so it supports others. Anything VSFilter (the best subtitle renderer around) can handle is therefore possible to add.

- Better quality, both video and audio wise. Audio because a better resampler is used, and video because a better resizer is used and extra options are added to the mencoder commandline (mencoder is the program dpgenc uses for the video conversion to MPEG-1). In fact, you can choose different video quality settings according to your demands. The High settings is quite slow, so Medium is recommended, while Low should offer quality equivalent to the dpgenc default settings.

- Set any bitrate you want. This means you can go above the normal limit of 256 too. Note that this is just a target bitrate. It will probably use less if you set it very high.

- Max video bitrate option. This helps prevent those skips which sometimes occur. I havn’t done any serious testing, but MoonShell seems to be able to handle a total bitrate of 512 kbps (video+audio) perfectly.

- Automatic framerate calculation. This assumes Height * Width * FPS = 737280. So with a 256×192 (Fullscreen) video, this would result in the framerate being 15. A 256×144 (Widescreen) video would have a bitrate of 20.

- Batch encoding! You can safely leave a number of files in the queue and it will automatically convert one after the other.

This is an alarm clock freeware. However, this thing takes too much memory because of the layer graphics features. The clock face is from the lord of the ring. The ring has some smoke in the background to give a solid interface.
